Welcome to the IMS Internet Immediate Response E-mail Center

The IMS Internet Immediate E-mail Response Center is available by sending e-mail to support@imsinternet.net and including certain keywords from which the autoresponder will scan and send you the appropriate document it thinks you need. If it does not respond to your e-mail, then it didn't find any keywords that matched it's help database. Your message will then be answered by a person at the soonest possible time. If you receive a response from the autoresponder and it doesn't apply to your problem of does not provide enough help, just click reply on the message and it will be redirected to a person who can respond personally at the next available time. Please indicate in your reply that the autoresponder did not fully answer your question and provide as much detail on your problem as possible.

This service only requires that the machine you are sending the e-mail from be setup and able to receive and e-mail back. If you are using a machine now that does not have e-mail capability or is not yet setup to receive e-mail and that is the help document you require, you may use the faxback service or click the web link below the document listed and print the help document from the web page.

If for some reason your document does not arrive within about 30 minutes, please try again. If the document still does not arrive, ensure you are entering the correct e-mail address and including descriptive words about your present problem and then report the incident to 785-6733 (leave a voice message with your name and daytime telephone number). The links below are preformatted with the appropriate information. You should only have to click the link, then send the e-mail.
