The IMS Internet Fax Back Center is available through your touch-tone telephone by calling 785-6733 or 1-877-785-6733 and choosing the appropriate options for the documents you need faxed back to you. This service requires that you call from a touch tone telephone and have the telephone number of an available fax machine handy. If for some reason your document does not arrive within 30 minutes, please try again. If the document still does not arrive, ensure you are entering the correct fax number followed by the pound sign (#) and then report the incident to 785-6733 (leave a voice message with your name and daytime telephone number). The available documents will change as this page develops.

Call 785-6733 or 1-877-785-6733 and as the outgoing message plays, press 1. This will take you into the faxback center, then press the appropriate document number as indicated below then follow the prompts.
