The settings shown in these pictures are for an account named "johnp", you should replace "johnp" with YOUR username where appropriate. Dexter users should replace "imsinternet.net" with "dexter.net" except for the homepage, that is your choice. We recommend using the IMS homepage, but you can alter that setting as you see fit.
Start by opening Netscape, then go to the Options menu, then select General Preferences. It should open to the Appearance tab, if not click the Appearance tab. Under the Start Up section of that tab you should see "Browser Starts With", make sure it has Home Page Location selected with a dot and in the long box type, "http://www.imsinternet.net" (without the quotes).
Next, click OK and you should return to the main Netscape window. Now go back to Options, then select Mail and News Preferences. Click on the Servers tab and it should look like the image below.
Now click on the Identity tab and it should look like the next image.
Now click on the Organization tab and it should look like the next image.
Now click OK and you should be back to the Main Netscape window. Close Netscape. You are now ready to browse the Internet with Netscape Navigator.
